Shipping and delivery

Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2 business days after payment has cleared.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Poland: courier 1–3 business days; InPost parcel lockers 1–2 business days.

Supported European Union countries: 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, public holidays and other circumstances. Available methods, shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your selected delivery method, we will send tracking details after dispatch.

Delivery issues

For delayed, damaged or missing parcels, contact us at shop@nightfall-society.com. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we will try to correct the details.
